confidential communication
A communication made during the course of a confidential
relationship that is legally protected from involuntary disclosure and may be
withheld from evidence. See also privilege.
privileged communication
A communication made, whether or not during course of a
confidential relationship, that is legally protected from involuntary
disclosure and may be withheld from evidence. See also privilege.
