find, identify, and arrange to meet a person whom one intends to criminally
victimize.
Sending
multiple e-mails, often on a systematic basis, to annoy, embarrass, intimidate,
or threaten a person or to make the person fearful that she or a member of her
family or household will be harmed. Also called e-mail harassment.
